Training Product Development Following the MDCI IRCs’ approval of our key findings from consultation, we developed draft training products to address the skills gaps identified for the industry. The public review period for these draft training products is now closed. The next step is to develop a Case for Endorsement for changes to the RII Training Package, which is to be provided to the MDCI IRCs for approval and submitted to the AISC later this year.
