Case for Change
The Arts and Health Case for Change was submitted to the AISC on behalf of the Culture and Related Industries Industry Reference Committee in April 2018. The objective of this project is to address a gap in vocational education and training in arts and health.
A Case for Change for this project was approved by the AISC in August 2018.

Consultation
Consultation for this project ran from September 2018 – July 2019.
Consultation focused on identifying the key changes to training products required to more closely align training in the creative arts with the skills needs of industry. Activities included targeted consultation with key stakeholders in the form of face-to-face and phone interviews, the establishment of a project working group and a survey.

Training Product Development
Thank you. The public review and validation period for this project has now closed. PwC’s Skills for Australia would like to thank all stakeholders for their contributions to this project.
Following extensive consultation stretching from 11 November 2019 through to 15 May 2020, the updated training products for six Culture and Related Industries projects are now undergoing quality assurance ahead of their proposed release in late-2020. These projects are:
- Dance & Musical Theatre
- Music
- Screen, Media and Broadcasting
- Mental Wellbeing
- Arts and Health
- Arts Administration
